The Beau Sarrazin is a unique place in Champagne. With extensive grounds, the three holiday homes can be occupied entirely independently from each other.
Our holiday homes have been fully renovated, and we take particular care to ensure comfort, cleanliness and upkeep.
- The La Chenevière holiday home has 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 8 toilets.
- The Le Tilleul holiday home has 6 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet.
- The Colombier holiday home has a living room on the ground floor, a bathroom, and a large bedroom upstairs that comfortably accommodates 4 people.
It is possible to book two or three holiday homes simultaneously, subject to the following limits:
- 35 people for all 3 homes
- 30 people for La Chenevière + Le Tilleul
- 25 people for La Chenevière + Le Colombier
- 20 people for Le Tilleul + Le Colombier.
This maximum number of people applies both overnight and during the day (we do not accept bookings for larger groups who wish to rent other holiday homes in the surrounding area and meet at our property during the day or in the evening).
We are happy to host family gatherings, family reunions, get-togethers with friends and corporate seminars. We do not rent out the property for weddings or noisy parties.
Each house has its own private entrance and a private garden. Our guests can enjoy each house without encountering other guests. Only the tennis court, the barn and the fitness & yoga room are shared facilities.
Private car park and private access for each holiday home, charging point for electric vehicles.
Bed linen is provided (beds are made up before guests arrive), as are towels.
Also included in the rental price: ground coffee and coffee filters, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tea towels and sponges, as well as shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms.
At weekends, our guests can enjoy the premises until 4 pm (noon for Le Colombier).
