The perfect place to create wonderful memories

The Beau Sarrazin is a unique place in Champagne. With extensive grounds, the two holiday homes can be occupied entirely independently from each other.

The holiday homes have been fully renovated, and we take particular care to ensure the comfort of our guests, with impeccable cleanliness and maintenance.

• The La Chenevière gîte has 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 8 toilets.
• The Le Tilleul gîte has 6 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet.
• The Colombier gîte has a living room on the ground floor with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a large bedroom upstairs that comfortably accommodates 4 people: 1 queen-size bed and a pull-out bed with 2 mattresses that can be converted into a queen-size bed.

It is possible to rent two or three gîtes simultaneously, subject to the following limits:

• 35 people for all 3 gîtes
• 30 people for La Chenevière + Le Tilleul
• 25 people for La Chenevière + Le Colombier
• 20 people for Le Tilleul + Le Colombier.

This maximum number of people applies both overnight and during the day (we do not accept bookings for larger groups who wish to rent other gîtes in the surrounding area and meet at our property during the day or in the evening).

We are happy to host family gatherings, family reunions, get-togethers with friends and corporate seminars. We do not rent out the property for weddings or noisy parties.

Each house has its own private entrance and a private garden with no overlooking neighbours. Our guests can enjoy each house without encountering other guests. Only the tennis court, the barn and the fitness & yoga room are shared facilities.

Bed linen is provided (beds are made up before guests arrive), as are towels.

Also included in the rental price: ground coffee and coffee filters, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, sunflower oil, olive oil and vinegar, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tea towels and sponges, as well as shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms.

At weekends, our guests can enjoy the premises until 4 pm (noon for Le Colombier).

We also rent out our two gîtes for company seminars (14 rooms in all). We can provide a screen, overhead projector and flipchart, give you our recommendations for activities and put you in touch with caterers to deliver your meals or breakfasts.

The farm has a tennis court, table tennis tables and a badminton net inside the barn. Rackets and balls are available. Our guests can use with no additional charge the large fitness and yoga room.

The Reims and Epernay region offers various entertainment, whether sporting (hiking, cycling, horse riding), cultural (champagne cellars in Reims and Epernay, winemakers in the villages), historical (Reims cathedral, avenue de Champagne in Epernay) or gourmet (local specialities and quality restaurants).
