The perfect place to create wonderful memories

Le Beau Sarrazin farm is a unique location in Champagne. With extensive grounds, the two holiday homes can be occupied entirely independently from each other. The holiday homes have been fully renovated, and we take particular care to ensure the comfort of our guests, with impeccable cleanliness and maintenance.

The La Chenevière holiday home has 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 8 WC.

The Le Tilleul holiday home has 6 bedrooms (incl. 1 on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom), 5 bathrooms and 7 WC.

The two gîtes can be rented out simultaneously, with no more people than 30 people for the night as well as during the day.

Each house has its own garden with tables, benches, sun loungers and 2 barbecues.

We also rent out our two gîtes for company seminars (14 rooms in all). We can provide a screen, overhead projector and flipchart, give you our recommendations for activities and put you in touch with caterers to deliver your meals or breakfasts.

The farm has a tennis court, table tennis tables and a badminton net inside the barn. Rackets and balls are available. Our guests can use with no additional charge the large fitness and yoga room.

The Reims and Epernay region offers various entertainment, whether sporting (hiking, cycling, horse riding), cultural (champagne cellars in Reims and Epernay, winemakers in the villages), historical (Reims cathedral, avenue de Champagne in Epernay) or gourmet (local specialities and quality restaurants).
