The perfect place to create wonderful memories

Le Beau Sarrazin farm is a unique location in Champagne. With extensive grounds, the two holiday homes can be occupied entirely independently from each other. The holiday homes have been fully renovated, and we take particular care to ensure the comfort of our guests, with impeccable cleanliness and maintenance.

The La Chenevière holiday home can accommodate up to 24 people (8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms).

The Le Tilleul holiday home can accommodate up to 14 people (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms).

If you wish to rent our two gîtes at the same time, we limit the number of people to 30, for the night as during the day.

Each house has its own garden with tables, benches, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The farm has a tennis court and a playground with a slide, as well as a table tennis table and a badminton net inside the barn. Games for children, rackets and balls are available.

The Reims and Epernay region offers abundant entertainment, whether sporting (hiking, cycling, horse riding and even water skiing), cultural (champagne cellars), historical (Reims cathedral) or gourmet (local specialities and quality restaurants).
